Deck overview

This deck is a Temur cascade and big-mana stompy build led by Averna, the Chaos Bloom. Averna converts every cascade trigger into an additional land drop, accelerating mana production while casting free spells from exile. Early turns focus on cheap mana rocks and land ramp spells to deploy Averna on Turn 3. On Turn 4, mid-curve cascade spells begin cheating lands and value cards into play. By Turn 6, the deck accesses 8 to 10 mana to cast format-warping threats like Apex Devastator, Maelstrom Wanderer, and Tooth and Nail. Haste and trample enablers allow large creature boards to deal lethal combat damage across two attack rotations, closing the game on Turn 8. The strategy features high redundancy and inherent resilience to counterspells via cascade triggers, though its primary vulnerability lies in mass creature sweepers.
