This Dimir spellslinger-combo deck is helmed by Lord of the Nazgul, a value engine that turns every instant and sorcery into a growing army of Wraith tokens. However, the commander is a secondary threat; the deck's primary game plan is to assemble one of its several one-card-plus-tutor combos to win instantly. The core win condition is Thassa's Oracle (or Laboratory Maniac) paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact to empty the library, with Doomsday as a backup pile.
