Deck overview

This Edgar Markov deck is an aggressive Vampire tribal and aristocrats build that uses eminence to flood the battlefield without casting its commander early. By casting cheap Vampire creatures in the opening turns, the deck creates a large token army with zero extra mana investment. It leverages this board presence through draw engines like Welcoming Vampire and Champion of Dusk, then converts creature count into lethal damage via lords, Sanctum Seeker, and Edgar Markov's +1/+1 counter attacks. When combat stalls, aristocrat pieces like Blood Artist and Cruel Celebrant turn board wipes and sacrifice outlets into direct life loss. An alternate two-card combo of Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond or Bloodthirsty Conqueror provides an instant table-kill line in stalled games. While vulnerable to sweepers due to a lack of instant protection, eminence and reanimation engines give the deck strong rebuilding capacity.
