Deck overview

Sauron, the Dark Lord leads a Grixis value/reanimator build. The primary plan is to land Sauron early, create an Army token, trigger the Ring, and convert Sauron's discard-and-draw-four into hand refill and graveyard setup. Secondary paths are Wraith token generation through Lord of the Nazgul and multiple Nazgul, reanimating hasty/fliers such as Cavern-Hoard Dragon, and a drain subtheme via Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Feast of Sanity, and Mount Doom. The commander is the engine; there is no hidden commander or alternate face in the command zone.
