Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Polymorph Midrange Control strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The game plan revolves around generating expendable creature tokens in the early game using low-cost permanents like Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Staff of the Storyteller. Once mana is established, the deck casts Jace and immediately uses his -3 loyalty ability to exile a token and flip into one of several game-warping high-mana creatures or planeswalkers, such as Toxrill, the Corrosive, Archon of Cruelty, Hullbreaker Horror, or Serra's Emissary. A comprehensive removal suite consisting of efficient single-target exile spells, versatile countermagic, and modal board wipes keeps opposing strategies in check. Once an oppressive threat lands, the deck transitions into a closing phase where massive evasive flyers, life loss multipliers, and continuous token swarms eliminate all three opponents within two to three combat cycles while maintaining tight control over the board.
