Vivi Ornitier is a spellslinger kill condition and mana engine: every noncreature spell grows her and pings each opponent, and her {0} activation converts her power into red/blue mana once per turn. The primary plan is to land Vivi, add Harmonic Prodigy to double both growth and drain, then chain cheap spells and rituals into an infinite-cast loop, usually Hullbreaker Horror with Mana Vault, Sol Ring, and Mox Amber. Secondary paths use Underworld Breach plus Lion's Eye Diamond and Brain Freeze for a storm kill, or Niv-Mizzet, Visionary plus Vivi's pings to draw through the chain, with Curiosity/Ophidian Eye/Tandem Lookout adding draw on Vivi. No true hidden commander; Harmonic Prodigy is the most important noncommander engine.
