It Was Teysa In The Ballroom With The Lead Pipe by user4235621

Format: Commander

Commander: Teysa, Opulent Oligarch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Teysa, Opulent Oligarch drives a grindy Orzhov aristocrats deck that converts repeated life-loss triggers into Clues, then sacrifices those Clues and the tokens they produce into mass drain. The primary plan is to keep an opponent or all opponents losing life each turn-via Creeping Bloodsucker, Blind Obedience extort, Braids, or combat-so Teysa's end step creates three Clues. Academy Manufactor, Anointed Procession, and Mondrak multiply those Clues into dozens of artifacts; Mirkwood Bats, Disciple of the Vault, Marionette Master, and Nadier's Nightblade convert every sacrifice into life loss. Secondary paths are go-wide Spirit attacks and a late Debt to the Deathless or Exsanguinate. Wernog is support, not a hidden commander.
