Upside Down and Pissed by user6790641

Format: Commander

Commander: Sash and Waistcoat, Unmen

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue manifest/morph deck helmed by Sash and Waistcoat, Unmen, built around flooding the battlefield with face-down 2/2 creatures and turning them face up for value. The commander makes every face-down attacker unblockable, converting the manifest swarm into a reliable combat threat, while its {3} ability provides a repeatable manifest engine. The 99 is packed with redundant manifest, cloak, and morph effects - Primordial Mist, They Came from the Pipes, Scroll of Fate, Ixidron, and Abhorrent Oculus - alongside a substantial draw suite and a mill subtheme via Folio of Fancies, Fascination, and Psychic Spiral. The deck wins primarily through incremental combat damage from unblockable face-down creatures and flipped bombs, with Mirror Room // Fractured Realm doubling triggers for extra value. It is a slow, grindy value deck that out-cards opponents rather than racing them.
