Urza, Lord High Artificer turns every artifact into a mana source and a top-deck engine; the deck is built to cast him early, then use his blue-mana ability to accelerate into an infinite-mana combo. The primary win line is Grand Architect + Pili-Pala, converting infinite blue into Laboratory Maniac or Thassa's Oracle; Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter and Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth are backup loops. A stax package (Winter Orb, Static Orb, Ensnaring Bridge, Defense Grid) buys time, and Urza's Construct token is a fallback clock. No hidden commander exists, and Urza has no second face to consider.
