Thranduil, the Elvenking (Elf Tribal)2 by AUserHasNoName

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking turns your graveyard into a second hand, borrowing activated abilities such as Lathril's drain, Elvish Archdruid's mana, and Wellwisher's life gain. The deck mills and dredges Elves early, then uses Thranduil to convert that fuel into board presence and finish with a ten-Elf life-drain or a Tyvar-driven combat swing. It also has a fair elf-tribal beatdown plan with Elvish Archdruid, Tyvar Kell, and token makers like Elvish Warmaster. Recursion like Life from the Loam and Bloodline Bidding, plus Nullmage Shepherd and Return to Nature, keeps the plan alive. The strategy is midrange: build a board, load the yard, then pivot between drain and combat to close out.
