Deck overview

This Sultai deck is helmed by Indominus Rex, Alpha, focusing on a hybrid strategy of keyword Voltron and graveyard reanimation. In the early turns, the deck ramps smoothly through efficient mana dorks and two-mana artifacts. On Turn 4, it casts its commander, discarding creatures with rich keyword profiles such as Sire of Seven Deaths, Nightveil Predator, and End-Raze Forerunners. Indominus enters as a massive, evasive threat with built-in hexproof, indestructible, deathtouch, and trample while drawing four to seven cards to completely refill the player's hand. From this commanding position, the deck leverages mass reanimation spells like Living Death and Bringer of the Last Gift to return all discarded monsters directly to play. Phasing spells like Ripples of Potential and March of Swirling Mist protect the board from exile sweepers, allowing the deck to overwhelm the table through lethal combat damage by Turn 6.
