This deck is a specialized exhibition build centered on Duskana, the Rage Mother and 30 copies of Tempest Hawk. By leveraging Duskana's unique payoffs for creatures with base power and toughness 2/2, the deck turns a swarm of inexpensive flying Birds into massive card draw and formidable 5/5 aerial threats. The early game focuses on ramping and establishing multiple Hawks on the battlefield. When Duskana enters, she refills your hand based on your Bird count and immediately supercharges your attack steps. Connecting Hawks search out additional copies from the library, creating a self-sustaining creature chain.
