Format: Commander

Commander: Ragost, Deft Gastronaut

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Boros artifact tokens deck led by Ragost, Deft Gastronaut turns every artifact into a Food and uses them to drain the table. The primary strategy is to generate a massive number of artifact tokens - Food, Treasure, and Clue - through value engines like Academy Manufactor and Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, then either activate Ragost's ability repeatedly for 3-damage pings (doubled by Solphim, Mayhem Dominus) or overwhelm opponents with a token army via Devastating Onslaught or Wake the Past. Life gain triggers draw extra cards with The Gaffer and Haliya, Guided by Light, while Panharmonicon and Caretaker's Talent amplify token production. The commander is a cheap, repeatable finisher, but the deck can also win through combat damage from artifact creatures and damage-on-ETB effects like Ingenious Artillerist.
