Mono Verde by pizzi99

Format: Commander

Commander: Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Goreclaw leads a mono-green stompy build aimed at casting discounted 4+ power creatures, attacking with trample, and finishing with an alpha strike. The primary plan is early ramp into Goreclaw on turn 3, then a stream of huge threats that cost {2} less each. Secondary paths include cascade chains from Apex Devastator, inevitable annihilator pressure, and surprise battlefield deployment through Smuggler's Surprise. Caller of the Pack is a hidden multi-kill enabler, and when paired with Unnatural Growth and pump effects it can eliminate all opponents in one combat. The deck has no infinite combos and relies on direct, redundant combat damage, so its game plan is straightforward but telegraphed.
