Commander: Whisper, Blood Liturgist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Whisper, Blood Liturgist leads a mono-black mill-and-reanimate combo deck. The primary plan uses entomb effects and tutors to stock the graveyard, then recurs value creatures or assembles an infinite sacrifice loop. Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank is the cleanest two-card kill once charged, while Ashnod's Altar + Pitiless Plunderer + Reassembling Skeleton generates infinite mana/deaths with Syr Konrad or Altar of Dementia as the outlet. Syr Konrad, the Grim functions as a hidden commander, turning each death into damage. Whisper supplies repeatable reanimation by sacrificing tokens and Skeleton, while Geth, Realmbreaker, and the reanimation spells also attack from the graveyard. The deck is resilient to wipes but has no artifact removal and is heavily graveyard reliant.
