Commander: Shanna, Purifying Blade

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bant lifegain-control deck built around Shanna, Purifying Blade, who turns life gain into a burst of card draw. The primary plan is to accrue lifegain from lifelink creatures and enchantments, use Shanna's activated ability to dig deep, then either build a wide/tall board of +1/+1 counters or win through an infinite draw loop. The hidden commander is Iron Man, Armored Avenger, whose draw ability creates a powerful combo with Pensive Professor and Laboratory Maniac. Counterspells and protection spells defend the combo, while Celestial Convergence offers a slow but resilient alternate win condition.
