WELL WOULD YOU LOOK AT THE TIME by SmokeWeebEveryday

Format: Commander

Commander: Obeka, Splitter of Seconds

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Obeka's only job is to connect once per turn; the deck then converts those hits into a string of extra upkeep steps and multiplies every 'beginning of upkeep' trigger. The primary plan is to grow Obeka into a commander-damage clock while also flooding the board with Dragonmaster Outcast and Skyline Despot dragons, and the clearest alternate finish is Triskaidekaphile once hand size reaches exactly 13. Court of Ire, Twilight Prophet, and Ill-Gotten Inheritance supply incremental table-wide drain, and Extravagant Replication / Tamiyo's Journal turn extra upkeeps into exponential value. There is no hidden commander; Search for Azcanta's transformed side is simply a utility land. Obeka is both the engine and the payoff, so haste, evasion, and protection are the pillars of every game.
