Horobi by Swendon

Format: Commander

Commander: Horobi, Death's Wail

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Horobi, Death's Wail transforms every targeted spell or ability into a kill spell. The deck's primary plan is to establish Horobi and a repeatable targeting source-Liquimetal Coating, Distorting Lens, Scuttlemutt, or Tetzimoc in hand-to clear creatures and feed the Gray Merchant loop. Secondary paths are drain via Blood Artist/Falkenrath Noble and creature theft with Gisa, Glorious Resurrector or The Darkness Crystal. The commander is the removal engine and the trigger that lets the deck sacrifice its own creatures for recursion. There is no hidden commander; the modal lands are the only double-faced cards.
