This Orzhov life-manipulation deck helmed by Mister Negative weaponizes life totals as both resource and win condition. The commander's ETB exchanges life with an opponent and draws cards equal to any life lost, turning a high life total (or a Tree of Perdition activation) into a massive refill. The 99 supports this with dense lifegain triggers (Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Authority of the Consuls), drain payoffs (Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Enduring Tenacity, Bloodletter of Aclazotz), and life-as-mana engines (K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth, Bolas's Citadel, Necropotence).
