This Sultai deck is a mill-and-reanimation strategy helmed by The Master, Transcendent, a commander that can reanimate a creature milled that turn as a 3/3 green Mutant. The primary game plan is to fill all graveyards using landfall crabs, Sphinx's Tutelage, Mesmeric Orb, and mass-mill sorceries, then either win by milling opponents out or by leveraging the Syr Konrad, the Grim + Mindcrank combo. The deck also features a robust recursion suite with Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Splendid Reclamation, and Breach the Multiverse to recover value. The commander is a useful engine but not the sole path to victory; the deck can win through incremental mill or the combo without ever casting it.
