This Bant deck adapts the classic 'Owling Mine' strategy to multiplayer Commander under Ms. Bumbleflower. Rather than generating friendly group hug value, the deck floods opponents' hands with symmetrical draw engines like Howling Mine, Font of Mythos, and Kami of the Crescent Moon, then locks the gate using Rule of Law, Archon of Emeria, and Deafening Silence. Because opponents are restricted to casting one spell each turn, their hands swell to maximum capacity. The deck then converts those full hands into lethal damage using upkeep punishment artifacts and creatures, including Iron Maiden, Viseling, Ebony Owl Netsuke, and Scrawling Crawler. Defensive taxes such as Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Linvala, Keeper of Silence deter aggressive retaliation, while Grand Abolisher and Teferi's Protection shield the board as passive burn closes out the game.
