Deck overview

This deck is a classic Azorius Group Hug strategy commanded by Kwain, Itinerant Meddler. It accelerates the entire table by distributing extra cards and mana, disarming opponents through political goodwill and defensive pillowfort pieces like The Second Doctor and Nils, Discipline Enforcer. As hands fill and life totals climb, the deck leverages symmetric draw into personal advantage with multipliers like Teferi's Ageless Insight and The Council of Four. Instead of winning through traditional combat damage, it aims to close out the game using alternate win conditions such as Felidar Sovereign, Twenty-Toed Toad, or Laboratory Maniac, backed up by board wipes like White Sun's Twilight and Fumigate when the battlefield gets out of hand.
