Deck overview

This deck is commanded by Ragost, Deft Gastronaut, turning all artifacts into Foods and serving as a repeatable, table-wide burn engine. By attaching lifelink via equipment such as Basilisk Collar or Shadowspear, Ragost gains life whenever it deals damage. This triggers Ragost's end-step untap ability on every player's turn, allowing you to activate the ability repeatedly across a single round table rotation. The deck supports this engine with cheap artifact eggs, token engines like Academy Manufactor and Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, and graveyard recursion from Goblin Welder and Sun Titan. While the deck generates massive life swings and steady damage, it lacks instant-win combos and fast tutors, relying instead on compounding incremental burn and resilient artifact value engines to close out the game over several turn cycles.
