outlaws by theVoices

Format: Commander

Commander: Olivia, Opulent Outlaw

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Mardu outlaw deck plays a treasure tempo/aggro game. Olivia, Opulent Outlaw gives flying lifelink and converts combat damage into Treasures, then spends those Treasures to pump the entire team. The hidden commander is Vihaan, Goldwaker: at combat he turns Treasures into 3/3 Assassin attackers with haste, providing the deck's fastest win. Secondary paths are a Revel in Riches + Brass's Bounty mana-ramp win and a small equipment/spell-copy package that turns extra Treasures into damage and value. The deck is proactive, vulnerable to artifact hate, and weaker when forced to play reactively.
