What's better than one Kodama? by JakesMyth

Format: Commander

Commander: Sakashima of a Thousand Faces and Kodama of the East Tree

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Simic value/combo deck built around the partner pair Sakashima of a Thousand Faces and Kodama of the East Tree. The primary plan is to have Sakashima enter as a copy of Kodama, producing two "whenever another permanent enters" triggers, then loop Moonfolk / bounce-land effects with Meloku, Trade Routes, and tireless landfall payoffs to draw cards and generate Treasure mana. Secondary paths are landfall-beatdown with Aesi/Tatyova/Ancient Greenwarden and huge finishers like Cultivator Colossus/Tishana. The hidden commander is Thrasios, Triton Hero - an infinite-mana sink in the 99 that finds lands or draws once the engine is running.
