Deck overview

The deck is an Orzhov sacrifice-combo deck led by Bartolomé del Presidio. Its main route uses Bartolomé del Presidio, Putrid Goblin, and Vizier of Remedies to create a repeatable persist loop. A death payoff such as Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, or Zulaport Cutthroat converts that loop into a same-turn table kill. The list has excellent acceleration, including several zero-mana artifacts and rituals, and strong single-card access through tutors. It also has a backup loop with Leonin Relic-Warder and Animate Dead, though that route still needs a third payoff. Outside the combo, the deck uses efficient removal and selective hate such as Drannith Magistrate, Dauthi Voidwalker, and Grand Abolisher. Its main limitations are narrow access to the exact persist package, modest card flow at the assembly checkpoint, and limited stack interaction. It is capable of fast wins but is better classified as a powerful general-level combo deck than as a complete cEDH construction.
