Deck overview

This is a deterministic artifact-combo deck helmed by Emry, Lurker of the Loch. The primary plan is to deploy cheap artifacts early, reduce Emry's cost through affinity, mill four cards on entry, then use her tap ability to recast key artifacts from the graveyard. The deck loops Myr Retriever and Scrap Trawler with a sac outlet (Blasting Station or Trading Post) and Altar of the Brood to mill all opponents out. Secondary wins include Aetherflux Reservoir life-total blasting, Mirrodin Besieged (Phyrexian mode) when enough artifacts are in the yard, and large threats like Wurmcoil Engine and Kappa Cannoneer. The commander acts as the central recursion engine, giving the deck explosive access to its combo pieces.
