Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck accelerates mana in the early turns to deploy over-statted creatures, drastically reducing the casting cost of its commander, Ghalta, Primal Hunger. By Turn 4, the deck regularly casts Ghalta for just two green mana, creating an enormous board presence with trample. The deck leverages power-based card advantage engines such as Garruk's Uprising and Rishkar's Expertise to replenish its hand while crushing opponents through combat. Win conditions revolve around overwhelming combat steps powered by Overwhelming Stampede, Unnatural Growth, and Fireshrieker. While the deck features high threat density and rapid engine recovery, it is inherently vulnerable to creature board wipes and instant-speed targeted removal due to its minimal defensive spell package.
