Deck overview

This is a slow Jeskai artifact deck built around Kilo, Apogee Mind and proliferate. The commander is valuable because tapping it proliferates every existing counter, but the list must first provide a way to tap Kilo, Apogee Mind, usually by stationing Inspirit, Flagship Vessel. Charge-counter artifacts such as Lux Artillery, Lux Cannon, Titan Forge, and Magistrate's Scepter reward that setup. The most credible finish is Lux Artillery reaching thirty total counters and dealing 10 damage to each opponent at every end step. That plan normally threatens around Turn 9 and finishes around Turn 12 if uninterrupted. The deck has useful artifact cost reduction, several draw effects, creature removal, and graveyard tools, but little tutoring and limited protection. Its high-cost cards and tapped lands make early development uneven. Inspirit, Flagship Vessel can eventually protect the artifact board, but it is itself part of the setup and does not solve the deck's access problem.
