Deck overview

This Simic deck is built around Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty, transforming every high-mana spell into an explosive cascade chain. The game plan focuses on deploying efficient 1-3 CMC ramp spells on early turns to cast Imoti reliably by Turn 4. Starting on Turn 5, the deck casts high-CMC threats like Apex Devastator, Koma, Cosmos Serpent, Last March of the Ents, and Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, triggering cascade to flood the battlefield with massive creatures and drawing cards via engines like Up the Beanstalk. Because cascade triggers upon casting, the strategy inherently pushes past conventional countermagic and spot removal. Lethal combat damage is achieved across Turns 6 and 7 using overwhelming trample power. While the deck possesses immense value generation and resilient standalone threats, it commits heavily to sorcery-speed development and relies on combat steps to finish games.
