Deck overview

Saheeli, Jewel of Avishkar leads an assertive Izzet artifact deck that blends wide token generation with compact infinite combo lines. The primary game plan accelerates mana on early turns using efficient rocks and cost reducers before resolving Saheeli or Sai, Master Thopterist to flood the board with flying Thopters. Once the engine is online, the deck transitions into a lethal combo via Mystic Forge, Sensei's Divining Top, and a cost reducer, drawing the entire library and creating infinite hasty Thopters or triggering fatal burn from Reckless Fireweaver and Impact Tremors. Robust cantrips and targeted artifact tutors ensure consistent assembly, while cheap counterspells and protective equipment shield key pieces during critical windows. The deck recovers well from board wipes through redundant token generators and artifact recursion engines like Emry, Lurker of the Loch and Underworld Breach.
