New Untitled Deck

Format: Commander

Commander: Sivriss, Nightmare Speaker and Agent of the Iron Throne

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-black aristocrats deck is built around Sivriss, Nightmare Speaker and the Background Agent of the Iron Throne. The plan is to cast Sivriss, feed it a stream of sacrificial creatures and artifacts each turn, and convert every death into table-wide life loss while forcing opponents to either pay 3 life or let the commander recur a card from the graveyard. The 99 supports this with a dense package of "when this dies" drainers-Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, and Vindictive Vampire-plus recursive bodies like Reassembling Skeleton and Tenacious Dead, token makers, and single-target reanimation. Games end through attrition rather than a single infinite combo. Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Gruesome Fate, Corrupt, and large demons like Shadowgrange Archfiend close out the last chunk of life. Sivriss is the engine: without its tap-sacrifice ability, the deck has only Ashnod's Altar as a repeatable sacrifice outlet, so keeping Sivriss alive is essential.
