Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Elf tribal strategy centered on Thranduil, the Elvenking. It uses green ramp and blue-black self-mill to stock the graveyard with versatile Elf creatures. Thranduil inherits all activated abilities of Elf cards in your graveyard, turning him into a flexible mana producer, buff enabler, and win condition. The primary victory route leverages Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord to fling a massive Abomination of Llanowar or Gloom Ripper, dealing lethal damage to all opponents simultaneously. Secondary win lines focus on wide Elf combat boosted by Elvish Warmaster and Haldir, Lórien Lieutenant, with evasion provided by Wonder and Elvenking's Harper. A strong suite of graveyard recursion from Conduit of Worlds and Evolution Witness provides endurance against board wipes.
