Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul artifact-token midrange deck centered on Aerid Konstrari. The game plan revolves around accelerating in the opening turns with efficient green land ramp and mana rocks, deploying the commander by turn 4, and accumulating Heartwood tokens alongside other artifact generators. Once an artifact threshold is reached, the deck leverages mass pump engines like Craterclaw Colossus, token animators like Depthshaker Titan, or burn triggers from Reckless Fireweaver and Ingenious Artillerist to pressure life totals. Token doublers such as Parallel Lives and Doubling Season rapidly compound board presence. The deck excels at ramping and generating tall trampling boards, but it runs minimal reactive interaction and zero proactive stax pieces, leaving it susceptible to faster combo strategies and mass artifact or creature sweepers.
