The King under the Mountain 🏔️ by user3494365

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Boros Dwarf deck builds a wide board of Dwarves and Treasure tokens, then converts that mass into overwhelming combat damage. Thorin, King of Durin's Folk is the payoff engine: every Dwarf entering makes a Treasure, and every other Dwarf gets +1/+0 per artifact token. The deck floods the board with cheap legendary Dwarves, Equipment, and token generators, using Treasures for explosive mana and finishers like Dain of the Ancient Halls, Akroma's Will, and Hellkite Tyrant. Cadric, Soul Kindler and Bifur multiply enters triggers. The plan is resilient because the commander is a multiplier, not the sole engine, and the deck can pivot to Equipment voltron or Dragon/Treasure payoffs.
