Deck overview

This deck is a Mardu control and Voltron strategy led by Kelsien, the Plague. Its game plan centers on equipping Kelsien with deathtouch granting artifacts like Basilisk Collar and Gorgon's Head, turning Kelsien's tap ability into an instant-speed creature removal engine.
