Thranduil - Upgraded Maximum value by LowkeyLoki-BR

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking leads a Sultai elven graveyard toolbox. The primary plan is to put Devoted Druid, Immaculate Magistrate, and Urborg Elf into the graveyard with Buried Alive or Final Parting, then use Thranduil's first ability to borrow their activated abilities and generate infinite mana. Simic Ascendancy converts that mana into a direct win, while Jarad, Lathril, or Bolas's Citadel provide alternate outlets. Secondary paths lean on elf-token aggression from Thranduil the Strategist, Sindarin Liege, Ezuri, and Door of Destinies, with Triumph of the Hordes as an overrun. Thranduil is both the engine and the combo centerpiece; the other two Thranduils are support. There is no hidden commander.
