Deck overview

The Wise Mothman leads a Sultai rad-counter deck that turns milling into +1/+1 counters. Mothman gives each player rad counters when it enters or attacks, and whenever you mill nonland cards you put that many +1/+1 counters on your creatures. Counter doublers like Branching Evolution, Corpsejack Menace, and Hardened Scales make the board grow quickly, while proliferate from Agent Frank Horrigan and Inexorable Tide spreads both rad and +1/+1 counters. Secondary paths mill opponents with Bruvac and The Water Crystal and grind value with Muldrotha. The deck wins through combat with oversized mutants and functions without Mothman using other rad sources.
