Clones and Control by Bailak

Format: Commander

Commander: Orvar, the All-Form

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is a Orvar, the All-Form combo-control list that uses cheap targeting instants and sorceries (Twiddle, Cerulean Wisps, Leap, etc.) to trigger Orvar's copy ability, turning cantrips into explosive value. The primary game plan is to generate infinite mana by copying Peregrine Drake multiple times, then use that mana to cast Temporal Mastery or Temporal Trespass for extra turns, eventually deploying Hullbreaker Horror or Agent of Treachery to lock opponents out or steal all permanents. The deck also includes redundant copy effects (Sakashima of a Thousand Faces, Spark Double, Quantum Misalignment) that can function without the commander, and a deep suite of cantrips that dig toward the combo pieces.
