Format: Commander

Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Chatterfang, Squirrel General leads a Golgari token engine that converts every token creation into extra Squirrels, then finishes through combat or drain. The deck layers token multipliers (Doubling Season, Peregrin Took, Academy Manufactor) with sacrifice payoffs (Pitiless Plunderer, Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat) to generate mana, cards, and life. The commander is a force multiplier rather than a required engine: even without him, token production and drain pieces can grind out wins. The hidden commander is Camellia, the Seedmiser, who turns Food sacrifices into Squirrels and provides a repeatable pump. The deck is built to use Chatterfang's replacement effect to explode token counts, with Camellia as a secondary lord and token generator.
