Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Saga Enchantress Midrange strategy helmed by Tom Bombadil. It accelerates in the opening turns with efficient mana dorks and land-ramp spells to deploy cheap Sagas and cast its commander on Turn 4. Once Tom Bombadil is active with four or more lore counters on board, he becomes an indestructible, hexproof value engine. As Sagas complete their final chapters, Tom cascades directly into new Sagas from the library, establishing overwhelming card and board advantage. The deck transitions into a lethal threat around Turn 5–6 by creating armies of Daleks, Elephants, and buffed tokens via Genesis of the Daleks, Roar of Endless Song, and Michiko's Reign of Truth, complemented by direct life drain from Narci, Fable Singer. Robust protection spells like Teferi's Protection, Heroic Intervention, and free countermagic defend the board, enabling a consistent table finish around Turn 7.
