Turbo Ral by Elizabeth

Format: Commander

Commander: Ral, Monsoon Mage // Ral, Leyline Prodigy

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed Izzet turbo-storm list led by Ral, Monsoon Mage. Front-face Ral provides critical cost reduction for instants and sorceries, while transforming into Ral, Leyline Prodigy enables potent loyalty abilities, extra mana efficiency, and an ultimate that casts spells for free. The primary plan resolves Underworld Breach alongside Brain Freeze and positive mana artifacts like Lion's Eye Diamond or Lotus Petal to mill your entire deck, generate immense mana, and win via Thassa's Oracle or a lethal storm of Grapeshot. Secondary win conditions include infinite copy loops using Reiterate with ritual spells or pure storm accumulation.
