Deck overview

Niv-Mizzet, Parun is the heart of this Izzet spellslinger deck: every instant or sorcery draws a card and dings a target, so the deck chains cheap cantrips and interaction into card advantage and chip damage. The main path is to land Niv, then use Guttersnipe, Ral, Storm Conduit, and token makers to convert a long spell chain into a big burn turn. Secondary lines include transforming The Emperor of Palamecia into The Lord Master of Hell for a massive attack, and resolving Crackle with Power or a huge Explosion to close. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built entirely around Niv's draw trigger.
