Deck overview

This deck is a high-performance cEDH Grixis turbo combo list designed around fast, resilient, and compact win lines. Its primary path to victory is the format-standard pairing of Thassa's Oracle with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, capable of closing games as early as Turn 2 with zero opponent response cycles. Powered by an explosive mana package that includes Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Lotus Petal, Mana Vault, and Dark Ritual, the list operates multiple turns ahead of ordinary curves. Unconditional tutors ensure reliable access to combo pieces, while Underworld Breach and Brain Freeze provide a lethal secondary storm loop. The deck is shielded by premier free countermagic and proactive silence effects like Defense Grid. If disrupted, it recovers rapidly using high-volume card advantage engines such as Necropotence and Rhystic Study.
