Deck overview

This is a tempo-combo Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow deck that weaponizes the command zone. The primary game plan is to deploy a cheap unblockable creature on turn one, ninjutsu Yuriko into play on turn two, and begin dealing incremental damage across the table through her combat-damage trigger, which flips high-mana-value cards for massive life loss. The deck also contains four extra-turn spells (Temporal Trespass, Nexus of Fate, Beacon of Tomorrows, Time Stretch) that can accelerate the clock or chain into a lethal sequence. Winning is achieved by accumulating Yuriko triggers, often finishing on turn five to six with a combination of big flips, extra combat steps from extra turns, and additional ninja combat-damage triggers that draw cards, bounce creatures, or exile opponent libraries.
