Amarant Collateral Damage by user5656232

Format: Commander

Commander: Amarant Coral

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Gruul combat-damage-multiplier deck helmed by Amarant Coral, a trampling 5/4 that spreads its combat damage to every opponent. The primary plan is to connect with the commander while stacking damage doublers (Furnace of Rath, Gratuitous Violence, Twinflame Tyrant, etc.) and double-strike effects, turning a single hit into a simultaneous elimination of the entire table. The deck is packed with haste enablers, land ramp, and a suite of combat tricks and protection spells to protect its critical turn. Secondary wins come from Jeska, Thrice Reborn tripling damage, Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar doubling the commander's spread, or Super State turning any large creature into an all-opponent one-shot. This is a linear but explosive beatdown deck that punishes opponents who cannot keep up with its multiplicative damage.
