Tap in to the Surveillance by Zeznix

Format: Commander

Commander: Tocasia, Dig Site Mentor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Bant deck is a tap-matters value engine built around Tocasia, Dig Site Mentor. Tocasia grants vigilance and a repeatable surveil 1 to every creature, turning tap synergies into card filtering; her graveyard ability can later reanimate up to 10 MV of artifacts at once. The deck fills the board with 'whenever this becomes tapped' creatures (Fallowsage, Matoya, Wylie Duke) and Vehicles, using them to dig for a tap/untap loop. The primary kill is an infinite mana/infinite token engine - Emmara or Stonybrook Schoolmaster plus Intruder Alarm and a mana-enchantment - converted into a hard lock with Opposition or Glare of Subdual, then closed out by the Vehicle fleet. A secondary plan is straightforward Vehicle combat with Tocasia recycling key artifacts.
