Deck overview

This Sultai deck is a dedicated graveyard-value engine helmed by Muldrotha, the Gravetide. The primary game plan focuses on deploying two-mana ramp pieces and self-mill enablers during the opening turns to stock the graveyard with versatile permanent types. Once Muldrotha is deployed on Turn 5, the graveyard effectively functions as a second hand, yielding recurring card advantage by replaying lands, removal pieces like Plaguecrafter, and utility creatures each turn cycle. The deck transitions into a lethal threat on Turn 7 by resolving massive self-mill through Traumatize or growing large graveyard-scaled creatures like Moon-Vigil Adherents. The definitive win condition uses Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord to fling massive creatures directly at each opponent's life total, closing out the table by Turn 8. While resilient against single-target removal due to built-in recursion, the strategy remains vulnerable to dedicated graveyard exile and early tempo disruption.
