Deck overview

This deck is an all-Modal Double-Faced Card (MDFC) novelty build piloted by Esika, God of the Tree // The Prismatic Bridge. The 99 features 97 MDFCs alongside Sol Ring and Arcane Signet, with every land slot filled by Pathways or spell-land backs. The primary strategy focuses on assembling all five colors to cast The Prismatic Bridge by Turn 5. Starting on Turn 6, the Bridge cheats a stream of diverse legendary creatures, Kaldheim gods, Strixhaven deans, and Marvel heroes into play without paying their mana costs. While the deck boasts immense modular flexibility—as every card can serve as either a mana source or an interactive spell—its lack of fast mana and reliance on tap-lands results in a deliberate, mid-tempo combat clock. It wins by overwhelming opponents through board presence and combat buffs, providing a unique exhibition of modal card design.
