Deck overview

This is a Boros artifact-sacrifice value deck built around Ragost, Deft Gastronaut. Ragost makes every artifact you control a Food, turns those Foods into 3 damage to each opponent, and untaps whenever you gain life, so the deck's game plan is ritualized fodder management: play cheap artifacts, sacrifice them for life and damage, then recur them. The 99 is dense with self-replacing artifacts such as Ichor Wellspring, Servo Schematic, Prized Statue, Chromatic Star, and Nutrient Block; recursion from Daretti, Scrap Savant, Pia's Revolution, Sevinne's Reclamation, and Wake the Past keeps the chain running. Secondary damage comes from Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, and Hawkeye's Bow, with Organic Extinction and Sami, Wildcat Captain as controlling and combat fallbacks. It is a grinding mid-speed engine deck, not a fast combo deck, and its ceiling depends on protecting the artifact board and keeping Ragost online.
